Our journey into the world of healthy nutrition is simultaneously challenging, intriguing, and exciting, thus it creates a profound relationship with the land, our trees, and nature itself. This experience not only enhances our skills as producers and professionals but also enriches us as individuals.

We know our trees one by one,  by their names, we are singing to them, talking to them, and even asking them about their problems and they respond to us and speak to us about their problems, so that we can swiftly cater their needs. By loving and caring for them, we complete the annual cycle of the producer’s life, reaching the peak around late October.

Then our olive grove rewards us with an explosion of a high-quality production of olive fruit, which is transformed through the so-called method of “cold extraction” in to olive oil. Immediately after the process has been completed, we imprison it in bottles, only few hours after the harvest, so that you taste it extra virgin and pure. This is our circle of life, simple, blissful and blessed.

Our extra virgin olive oil, named “Greek Imperator,” is a monovarietal product exclusively sourced from our family olive grove and meticulously harvested with love and care. It is upcoming Bio and we do not use herbicides and pesticides.

The olive fruit is harvested very carefully and exclusively with traditional methods, so that, all the necessary organoleptic characteristics are maintained and the acidity remains at very low levels. In order to reach such extraordinary result, the olives are harvested during the period they are still green (early harvest) circa at the end of October.

From our Family Olive Grove to your Family Table

Once the olive fruit has been harvested, and within a few hours it has been absolutely transformed into extra virgin olive oil through the so called method of “cold extraction”. Via this process, we produce an end-product which has the following characteristics:
