Our family olive grove is located in Xanthi (Northern Greece), at a picturesque spot called “Eagle’s Hill”. Exactly on the road that Alexander the Great followed during his journey towards Asia.

The relationship with our olive grove is a relationship of long-term love and passion. We are fascinated by the production of an ancient Greek nutritional product with an invaluable contribution to the healthy development of the human organism.
At the heart of our family’s endeavors is the steadfast commitment to producing a product of the highest quality, achieved through environmentally conscious methods, and offered in its purest and most unadulterated form.
The story
The name of the region, Eagle’s Hill, derives from the emblematic Eagles hosted in the olive grove of our family. Since ancient times, the eagle has been considered a symbol of strength, freedom, and dignity. The spirit of the eagle is reflected in every corner of the olive grove, giving the area a unique identity and an aura of mystery and freedom.
Moreover, eagles have served as emblems of ancient empires, further underscoring the profound symbolism of our olive grove. It is for this reason that we have chosen to name our olive oil “Greek Imperator,” just as the eagle is the emperor of the sky, so too olive oil is the emperor of Mediterranean cuisine and nutrition.
Our estate is situated in a unique wilderness habitat with rich flora and fauna. In our olive grove, there are wildflowers and herbs such as wild thyme, thyme, mint, oregano, rosemary, and sage. The area also hosts eagles, foxes, falcons, jackals, partridges, and even wolves.
